Your information, and what we do with it.

This explains what MindWP collects when you visit mindwp.com, write to us or book a conversation, and what we do with it. It doesn’t cover the businesses we work for or their customers; that’s in “Customers of the businesses we work with” below.

What you give us:

• Your name, your email address and your phone number.
• Your business, its website and what you’re looking for.
• What you write in a message, and the time you pick for a conversation.

What your browser shares as you visit:

• The pages you view, and your device and browser type.
• How you use a page: where you click, how far you scroll and how the pointer moves.
• Your approximate location, to the city, from your internet address.
• How you arrived: the page or search that sent you, and any campaign tags or ad click numbers in the link, kept with your inquiry if you send one.

Please don’t put patient, client, health or financial details in a message. We don’t need them to talk.

• To reply, to book your conversation and to prepare for it.
• To see which pages and campaigns bring inquiries, so the site works better.
• To keep the site secure and to stop spam.
• To meet our legal duties.

We don’t sell your information. We use advertising tools only when we’re running ads for MindWP, and never when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people, with its advertising features turned off. It sets cookies in your browser, except in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, where it sets none and counts visits without them.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to see where a page works and where it loses people: heatmaps of where visitors click and how far they scroll, and recordings of visits, with anything typed into a form hidden. Clarity uses first- and third-party cookies, except in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, where it sets none. Microsoft collects and uses this data as the Microsoft Privacy Statement describes.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing: advertising tools don’t load. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on for Analytics.

A few providers handle information for us, only to do their job, and may not use it for their own marketing: Cloudflare hosts the site, keeps it secure and checks that a form was sent by a person (Turnstile); Resend delivers the messages you send us; Cal.com runs the booking calendar; Google Analytics counts visits; and Titan hosts our email. Microsoft runs Clarity for us (above), and uses what it collects under its own privacy statement.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or if MindWP is sold, in which case it moves to the new owner on the same terms.

We keep an inquiry while a conversation is under way, and for a reasonable time afterward, then delete it. If you’d like yours deleted sooner, ask.

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, and limit who can see what you send. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t promise it will never be exposed.

Depending on where you live, including California and several other states, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask for a copy. You won’t be treated differently for asking.

Write to us and we’ll reply within the time the law allows. If we turn a request down, you can write back to appeal, and we’ll answer in writing.

When we run a call, text, form or booking page for a business, what people send through it is handled for that business, on its instructions, and kept apart from every other business’s. Questions about it, and requests to see or delete it, go to that business.

This site is for people who run businesses. It isn’t aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

If we change this page, the date at the top changes with it. If the change matters, we’ll say so here for a while.
