Using this site
By using mindwp.com you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the site. You may browse it, write to us and book a conversation for lawful purposes. Please don’t scrape it, probe it for weaknesses, or send us anything harmful or unlawful.
What the site is
The site describes MindWP and how we work. It isn’t advice, and it isn’t an offer. The businesses, figures and scenes drawn here are invented to show how our work looks; they aren’t clients, results or promises. No page promises a particular result for your business.
Working with us
Our work for a business is set out in a written agreement made after a conversation: what we’ll do, what it costs, how long it runs and any result we agree to work toward. Nothing on this site changes that agreement. If the two differ, the agreement governs.
What belongs to whom
The words, design and drawings on this site are MindWP’s. You may link to it and share a page; please don’t copy it or present it as your own.
Links and other sites
The site may link to other sites, and its forms and booking calendar are run by providers. We don’t control other sites and aren’t responsible for what they say or do.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise it will be free of errors, always up, or current at every moment.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, MindWP isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site, or from relying on it in place of a written agreement or professional advice. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit. Liability for our work for a business is set in its agreement.
Changes
We may change the site or these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
