Websites

A site built to bring customers, and kept working every month.

Looking right is only the start: it turns the visits you already get into calls and bookings.

  • A page for every service
  • A way to book on every page
  • Hosted and looked after

One destination

Everything that gets you found sends people here.

Your Google profile

People tap through to see more before they call.

Search

Every result you earn is a page of your own.

Reviews

What others said sends people to look for themselves.

Ads

Every click you pay for lands on a page of yours.

What happens when they arrive decides what the rest was worth.

Where it leaks

A website can look good and still lose inquiries.

Most visitors never scroll to the bottom of a page, and on many sites that’s the only place to ask.

Quieter leaks

  • Slow to load8 seconds
  • Hours out of dateSays open Sundays
  • Changes take weeks to makeAsked in March
  • No idea what it brings inBookings: ?

From visit to booking

No page is a dead end. Every service has its place.

Built for the moments people have on your site, so each one ends in a way to call, book or ask.

  1. 01

Their search opens the right page.

Each service worth winning has its own page, so a search for implants lands on implants.

  2. 02

The next step stays under their thumb.

On a phone, call, book or ask stays at the bottom of the screen, however far they scroll.

  3. 03

A missed call gets a text back.

When nobody can pick up, a text goes straight back, so the call isn’t lost.

  4. 04

Every booking shows where it came from.

Each inquiry arrives with the page that brought it, so you see what the site brings in.

The site and its follow-up, built together and looked after every month.

Look and ads

What they find should match what brought them.

01The look

Does it look like the place they saw on your profile?

  • The same rooms and the same faces they saw before they came.
  • Today’s hours, team and services, not last year’s.
  • The same look on every page they open.

02The ads

Where does someone land after they click your ad?

  • On a page made for that ad, not your home page.
  • It says what the ad promised, and nothing else.
  • One clear way to book or to ask.

What each of these sites had to fix.

Where to start

Often it’s a fix, not a new site.

Where your site stands today decides where the work starts.

No site yet

A first site, booking from day one

For a business found only through its Google profile: a site to send people to, built to book.

Sound, but leaking

A fix, where it leaks

Slow pages, no easy way to book, a missing service: those are fixed, and the rest stays.

Outgrown

A rebuild, when fixing won’t do

A new site on WordPress, built page by page while the old one keeps working.

Kinds of business

A dental site has a different job from a law firm’s.

Dental

Everything a new patient checks before booking.

Audiology

Clear pages, with the phone number first.

Ophthalmology

A decision that takes weeks, with the next step always in view.

Med Spas

Treatments to browse, and booking within reach.

Home Care

Trust, services and the areas served.

Family Law

Practice areas, and a discreet first step.

After launch

A website isn’t finished on launch day. That’s when ours start working.

  1. 01Kept fast, secure and currentUpdates, backups and speed looked after, so nothing slips.
  2. 02Changed when the business changesNew hours, a new face, a new offer, made for you.
  3. 03Added to as it growsA page for each new service and each new location.
  4. 04Read every monthWhat it brought in, on one page, with what changes next.

A site that grows in value, instead of aging.

Beyond the site

More people finding you, and coming back.

The same team runs each of these, every month.

02Found in search

A page for each thing people ask about.

Pages that keep bringing people in, on Google and in AI answers.

04Brought back

Past customers, asked back when they’re due.

The next visit, asked for in your name, by text or email.

Working with us

We write it with you. No blank page.

  • Built from your own wordsAnd from the questions your customers ask before they book.
  • One team for the site and everything around itNo more agencies pointing at each other.
  • Most sites go live within the first monthNot after months of back-and-forth.
How we work

What owners say about their website.

Questions owners ask about their website.

Why isn’t my website showing up on Google?

Usually Google hasn’t found it yet, something in the build is telling Google to stay away, or the pages don’t say clearly what you do and where. A new site can take a few weeks to appear at all; a site built to be read, with a page for each service, gives Google something to show.

Why does my website get visitors but no calls?

Looking isn’t deciding. Visitors leave when they can’t see what you offer, why to choose you or what to do next, and most of them are on a phone. The call, the booking and the reasons to trust you belong within reach on every page.

What should a small business website have?

What a customer needs to decide: what you do, where and for whom, proof from people like them, and an easy way to call, book or ask. Then a page for each main service, so each can be found on its own.

Do I need a website if I have a Google Business Profile?

Yes. The profile gets you found; the website is where people check you before they call, and where your ads and search pages send them. A profile with no site behind it also gives Google less to go on.

Is WordPress good for a small business?

For most, yes. It’s the most widely used platform, any developer can work on it, and it isn’t tied to one company’s builder. How it’s built and kept matters more: fast, secure and updated every month.
