Facebook & Instagram Ads

Facebook and Instagram leads, turned into bookings.

Every lead from your ads answered, followed up and traced to the booking, whoever runs the ads.

After the tap

A lead from an ad is interest, not a booking.

Interest fades by the hour. By the time anyone replies, it’s often gone.

Where interest fades

  • A form that waits
  • A reply that comes tomorrow
  • Cheap leads that never book
  • A page that isn’t about the ad
  • A message nobody opens
  • No second try
Leads that go cold

Two starting points

Your ads can keep running. Or we run them.

Getting leads already

Keep your ads

We make the leads book: the page they land on, a reply before interest fades, and the follow-up.

  • A page made for each ad
  • Every lead answered in moments
  • Every booking counted to its ad

Not enough leads

We run them

The offer, the ads and the pages they land on, made and tested every month, with the same follow-up behind them.

  • The offer chosen with you
  • Aimed at the people near you
  • Every booking traced to the ad that brought it

Counted in bookings

Likes don’t book. We count who does.

The bookings each ad brought and what they were worth, traced from the tap. Ad money moves to the ads that book.

  • Reach
  • Likes
  • Clicks
  • Impressions

Ads we run

An ad worth stopping for, and an offer worth acting on.

From your own photos and videos, or ones we make, with the page and the follow-up behind each.

  • A reason to book now

A first consultation or a first visit, offered for this week.

    Books the most

  • Your place, at a glance

One clear picture of the clinic, a line and a button.

  • A look inside

A few seconds that make a first visit feel familiar.

  • A second look

For people who looked and haven’t booked yet.

Where it fits

Best for what people want before they need it.

Some choices take months: seen, saved, asked about, then booked. Others take a morning, and start with a search.

Facebook and Instagram

Treatments people think about first

  • Skin treatments
  • Whitening
  • A hearing test
  • Care for a parent

Seen in the feed, saved, and booked weeks later.

Better on Google

Things people need today

  • A toothache
  • A lost filling
  • An urgent visit

They search, and book that morning.

Where your work sits decides where the first ad goes.

Facebook and Instagram start the interest. The rest turns it into customers.

  1. Interest

    Facebook & Instagram

People meet you while they scroll.

    This page

  2. Then they search

    Google

When they’re ready, they search, and find you there.

  3. Convinced

    The site and the reviews

A page and proof that make choosing easy.

  4. Booked

    The follow-up

    Answered fast, booked and reminded.

What owners say about working together.

Questions owners ask about Facebook and Instagram ads.

Facebook ads or Google Ads?

Google catches people already searching for what you do. Facebook and Instagram reach people before they search. If people look for your service, start with Google; if they decide when they see it, as with aesthetic treatments, Meta often does more.

Should I boost a post or run an ad?

Run an ad. Boosting buys reach for a post, with few choices. An ad built in Ads Manager is set up to bring inquiries, aimed at the right people and tested against other versions.

Instagram ads or Facebook ads?

Usually both. They run from the same place, and one campaign can show on either, so the budget goes where your customers respond. Younger, more visual audiences lean Instagram; older ones lean Facebook.

Should my ads use a lead form or a landing page?

A lead form brings more inquiries because it’s quicker to fill in, but many come from people who barely meant it. A landing page brings fewer, more serious ones. Either works when the reply comes while they still remember asking.

Why don’t Facebook leads answer when I call?

They filled in a form between other things and moved on. By the time you call, often hours later, you’re a number they don’t recognize. A text the moment they ask, then a call while they’re still thinking about it, changes that.
